hey, IDK if anyone is gonna see this, and Idk how this app or thing works I just came to say some things that when I tell people they just ignore me and start laughing at me. maybe you will laugh at me too and maybe you’ll see this stupid but whatever. so basically I get so angry or I cry whenever I hear small sounds like chewing or moving something or making sounds with spoons and stuff like that my family always chew in a way that I literally can’t explain how annoying it is, I told them a thousand od times I get so angry when I hear those stuff but they just never listen and they started chewing so much louder lately and today was too much and I started crying and got so angry and left the table and my dad got angry at me the rest started laughing at me and they never take me seriously my siblings always come close to me and chew or breath loudly and they think it’s too funny but now I really can’t take all that I cant just set with my family while they make these ugly, loud and annoying sounds.

I think I understand but I would like to take you seriously and understand better. You experience an annoyed feeling whenever you are around family, does it happen with friends or strangers?
I am guessing you feel trapped by all of this.

I trust you’ll feel better soon… Your parents should visit a counselor or doctor to discuss this…They(or others in your family) aren’t aware of what you feel when all such things happen around. Ask them to research on this and then meet a doctor… Counseling and exercise can surely help you and you’ll feel better. You require professional help to get this under control…tc n god bless ya!!

Hi!
No, it’s not stupid. It may sound funny in the beginning for those who hear it for the first time but as we read ahead, it shows it’s not funny and things need to be taken care of.
Next time, don’t leave the table rather tell them directly you get angry, and it’s not one or two times but a habit which you too don’t know what is. Tell them, you would like some counseling on it and look out what is it and he to solve this thing.
You would at a loss and no one else because in life you will get people who have the habit of chewing with noise.🙁
