Hey, I need help.
I’m trying to do things for me to make me feel genuinely happy. So as a first step I was planning to keep a self-reflection diary but I don’t know why I’m afraid to start writing on it, I don’t know something is stopping me to maintain that diary. What should I do?
Hmm well, what is the reason that is keeping you away from writing in that diary?
Idk. I think I don’t know how to start… I really don’t know what I’m scared off…
I see, hmm well that might be one of the great reasons to start, don’t you think? Maybe you can start off slow and write about trying to find what you are scared of. You don’t have to write anything you don’t want to and anything when you don’t feel like it. Let your emotions work for you. Ask yourself what you want to do and acknowledge it :))
Use voice messages to record everything …as a diary maybe it will help
