Hey i have been in depression, facing mental disorder from last year.i think I lost my all beautiful skill , mindset and way to talk to others person.
I am attending my classes daily,i really want to talk to my classmates but I am not feeling well to start the conversation, also I feel they will judge me by my conversations because I am not kind of person which i was before 2021,i don’t know how will I overcome from this.

I am also like you… I was good in study but now I can’t even concentrate on it… whenever I study, I end up crying… that’s why I lost my grades. Even my parents don’t believe me…I have nobody share not even friends…

So I talk to plants, trees,animals and then I feel better…i still have depression and anxiety but I am trying to get over it…

So if you don’t have anyone to share like me then start sharing your problems with trees or animals maybe you feel better…❤️

I can relate. I have a mental illness diagnosis and I rarely talk about it, it makes me see other conversations to be shallow.
