I have been consuming cannabis from almost 2 years now but casually and I have been smoking regularly from past 3 months .
Firstly I thought that it is not that bad but as I tried to quit I am feeling insomnia. I am only able to sleep for 2 hours and as I am not able to work or attend lecture as I am tired whole day due to this sleeping issue and I get bored very fast .
All these I can handle but the main problem is of sleep I just keep lying on the bed or couch for hours at night.
And also this has increased my screen time a lot
I am just in my first year of Btech and I already feel so fucked as I am not able study because of all this.

Actually juice and cold coffee are working wonders for me.
Do some workouts , yoga and meditation it will help a lot. And do some work so that you get tired and get some sleep. Go off-screen you had a lot to do in life so take care of yourself ๐ and if anything doesnโt work visit a doctor.
