Want a female friend but only as friend to whom i can improve my insecurity toward female comunication.

Insecurity

My boyfriend asked me put my clothes off in a video call, I was comfortable and we both did stuffs. But afterwards he said he was tired and have been working for hours and he was losing sleep because he kept talking to me (he is currently asleep). He did say he loves me but since it was a video call I could see his face and I understood he didn't mean what he said. He could sense that I was somewhat distracted/disturbed about something, he didn't even ask. I actually ended the call because he said he wanted to sleep. I love him but I feel disgusted with myself. What do I do about this situation? 

Boyfriend

I never knew I could change from this cheerful person to this non social being just because life stopped being favorable to me! It's strange right, how broken a person can be when all you craved for in your entire life turned out to be some unattainable joke! A joke i can't even joke of being a part of!
Sometimes all you have is your own self but the real courage is fighting for yourself and the only three people who can't afford to lose you!


Hustle

Insecurities are brain fuck for mind...
People don't only have insecurities in their relationship it's with them in their daily activities too.. i.e. am I looking good? I shouldn't said this.. I shouldn't wear this...
I shouldn't go out with this . Blah blah blah

But real happiness came once we embrace our insecurities instead of fighting with them every time.. it's ok everyone have some weakness.. that doesn't mean they don't enjoy their life..

Depression

I don't know what wrong with me? I don't know what's going on with me. People say everything I do or everything I say I am just doing it for attention or I am just doing drama...I was sad because of some reason and I got pannick attack at my college and now I don't want to go to college because I know they will give me the tag of attention seeker or drama queen....tbh now I myself
 Started feeling like I am being fake and I am doing drama to grab people attention....now I am thinking ki the pannick attack which I got in the class was not real maybe people were right maybe I was faking it...there is much to say but I don't know whats stopping me to open up...i think i have hone crazy

Now&Me Feedback

i am 39 years guy married and working in private company . I was very happy when i was in college and school i have always motivated my self . After marriage i came to Delhi even my job  was left ... I stayed with my wife means no friend was there and i came in depression . I started taking depression medicine as suggested by doctors . In beginning we were not in condition to afford child . later we checked the doctor she said my wife have to go through surgery and IVF  we did all but it was not success ... Now its become nearly 13 years of marriage , my wife is busy with her own stuff writing something . I stay in Delhi but here people don't have time for others ..Even i go to GYM regularly , office even then i am depressed. Now a days in lockdown We have to work from home and gym is also closed . Even all my family members are busy they don't have time to talk to me. Even my wife is busy she like to be alone ..Now i am feeling totally alone and depressed.. Even i take anxiety medicine but at evening i usually take 4 can of beer to get sleep . Most of time i am feeling Alone no one to talk or hangon  I am afraid that i might get  more depressed in coming time.Please suggest me how to deal it
