Actually for hairfall their might be various reasons :-
I suffered hairfall due to dandruff,
I used mixture of henna along with beetroot and curd and applied it thoroughly for my hair and tied it like a knot. If you don’t know how to apply henna like a knot without any band then watch this video :-

You need to keep this for atleast 2 hours and wash it off.
While doing head-bath, you need to wash your hair until and unless the henna is completely removed. If you won’t wash it off properly , their might be a chances of getting lice.

try onion(grind and take out its water )with 1 tablespoon of honey, mix it well and apply before you wash your hair. It reduces hair fall and dandruff. Repeat this process twice or thrice a week. Also, you can apply raw coffee mixed with henna and a little amount of aloe vera in it.

You can apply homemade oil which is coconut oil+curry leaves+onions+ hibiscus flower+fenugreek seeds on low flame. Whenever u wanna wash ur hair just make this oil, apply and leave for an hour or so and wash. You can store this only for a day and not more.
On days you feel lazy, massage your hair with warm mustard oil.
You can also apply onion juice.
Warning: they smell horrible.
