Hey! From past 1 month I’m going through a lot of trauma in my life. I am feeling so unwell these days though all my reports are normal still I’m feeling like I’m about to die I’m so much afraid of the things there’s so much weakness in my body these days due to stress . I wanna get back to normal I really need some help !!! I am thinking a lot I don’t understand what’s going on ? Is it the end of my life?

I am getting so many negative thoughts at this point like I’m feeling shortness of breathe and the only thought in my mind is i dont wanna die soon I m just 20

What are your symptoms, I’ve faced similar situation and what you’re experiencing now is health anxiety. The symptoms may be psychosomatic, that means you’re reports would show nothing is wrong but still you will experience symptoms, due to trauma. Get a therapist to sort you out, I did the same worked for me

Suree I will definitely get a therapist for myself ! And I felt better after knowing that I’m not the only one to face this situation means its absolutely normal
