This sounds so good! You’re just trying to provide employment to people in these tough times. I believe you must take this initiative, and don’t worry, even if poses a risk of failure, you wouldn’t realise it unless you try. Also, every good thing takes time. So be patient, work hard, and I know you’ll do really well. All the best!
