Got done with work for today, just gonna meditate a bit before i sleep to calm my nerves down.

Yr i too wanna do meditation…but i just can’t. Because my mind is always overthink …it never calms down. Never

U know what m clg me thi…meri frnd activa seekh rhi thi .she was so underconfident mtlb uski tha k mujse nhi hoga…i told her k main baithi hun piche tu chl… though muje driving bilkul b nhi aati…but jaise b maine use motivate kiya aur chlwayi usse… mere foot pe kisi riskshaw ka metal lg gya q k wo trained nhi thi .pas se nikaln lgi nd m piche thi .my foot was bleeding but maine usko nhi btaya . I knew wo yhin panic kr jayegi . Then someone stopped her nd muje bola mam ur foot is bleeding a lot…plz see… She panicked… kept apologizing .activa chlana bnd krdiya…after four days of rest…m fr uske ghr k bahr gyi… aur bola chl la activa .u won’t believe ab tkk she thanks me fr dat… nd i feel happy

Dikkt toh itni bdhi h sun k hil jaoge…but yeah I won’t rant … ajkl hr koi sympathy dikha raha h which i really don’t want…aisa tym bhgwan us insan ko b na de jiski wjh se i attempted suicide was in depression… bht bure phase mein hun life k . jahan koi b rasta ni h . Bhgwan g ne itni choti age me itne k layk smjha k itna dukh kaat legi ldki… bht h…

Bna diya time ne… but koi kitna bura kr lega yr…hadd hoti h kisi cheez ki .
