Mental health..... 
I joined this platform few days back and I thought helping others, making them feel happy and being nice to them will help me to get some mental peace but now I realized I was wrong... Actually mental health is all about us it starts with us... 1st we have to change ourselves, work upon us, improvising daily and once you are able to do this so then start bringing change in others... 

I might be wrong but this is what I felt and observed in past few days... 
In short mental health starts with us and ends helping others... 😊

Learning Disability

Now and me is a wonderful platform that has given space to many people to express themselves and to pour their heart out. This website has given ears to people who wish to be heard. 
I think this is brilliant initiative. 
Personally I have also shared many things that I couldn’t share to anyone and I felt really light after it and that’s the quality of this website. It helps people to remove the burden off their chest.


Motivation

This platform is turning out to be more of a negative influence than positive! It's really draining to read about only depressed and negative thoughts!
