Helloo… This is my first time writing here. I don’t know how to start. Anyway, like everyone I am also going through some struggles… Recently it really affected my health… I lost many people this year. I never thought that it will affect me a lot… As time passed it started to make me sad, lonely… I am not saying that I don’t have anyone… I am surrounded with some good people who care about me and I am aware of that… But… I don’t know… I want to cry… I want to cry until I feel okay… I tried to distract my thoughts but it will pop up without any warning… I feel that slowly I am becoming a person… Who don’t want to feel any kind of emotion… Who want to escape from this world…

Why its a problem to cry? Cry until you feel better…its ok
Why you want to cry? Don’t get into it as sometimes it becomes our habit or social pressure to keep our feelings to ours self…
Just feel you are cloud full of water…rain ( cry) let it out

if you wanna cry, just cry. show your emotion is not a weakness but just human nature :)

it’s okay, take your time. try to do something to deal with it like yoga, exercise, or you can write a journal. you will feel a lot better. you can also write a confession here. just confess anything that have on your mind and try to reflect about it in a positive way :)
