Hello people.
I m feeling uneasy and breathlessness since morning.I have showed to many doctors.but nothing is helping…and i m not sure if I’m in depression though i feel anxieted and stress most of the time…but unable to find any solution…i can’t even go to any psychologist as it is not possible in our town…if anyone can help then please suggest me what to do …

Anxiety can be relieved only when you cut the reason from root for that you need to find the reason
But the more you will think you’ll feel more anxious so I would recommend you to firstly engage yourself in some good hobbies then with time think a bit of exact reason and slowly screw it little by little
Go slow.

It’s not like that i don’t have anything to do…i do have…it’s just i don’t feel like doing things…to get rid from all these i took a break from my daily work…and tried to be happy to be calm…but again as soon as i see something big coming…i start getting anxious…that’s it…

Might be meditation can help.
There is one app - Petit bambou in which there is guided meditation series. (Try the discovery one : free and not paid). That can definitely help you. Please I want you to try those series but yes consistently. (21days is something a habit can build). So yeah! In my days of anxiety or uneasiness this thing helped me alot. Hope so this will make a change in yours too.
PS : recommend earphone, quite place to sit and turn the room lights off, (“lit up the candle or 🪔” - optional)
Or secondly do the things you love to enjoy - like dancing, reading, writing or listing music (but not according to your mood, it should be relaxing and inspirational), remind yourself if ever someone compliment you, or anything that makes you feel easy .( This thing also a meditation) So do whatever you’re best at. Enjoy your company, spend time with family or talk to your close friend once in a while, or go for a walk, take shower (that can also release stress), take bath with salted water, manifest the things you want for yourself right now. ( Like I affirm that - I release it with ease - all old negative beliefs, I’m loving, lovable and loved.). Remember - you’re going to be okay soon. You’re not alone. Sooner or later things always be better, not now but eventually.❤️ Amen.
