I’m looking for someone who can give suggestions on skills required to become a data analyst. I know this isn’t something like LinkedIn, but I feel tired of applying to thousands of jobs as its not easy for internationals to get a job here in the US and looking for some practical advice anonymously where I don’t have to market myself.
I’m specifically looking for
a) Skills to become Data Analyst
b) Suggestions for fresh graduates, must know things before entering corporate sector

Very nice. If I were in your place, I would have done some certifications on Coursera/ Udemy. They don’t take mich of your time and you can do it along with your college. I recently did one “Sql for data science” from Coursera. I also have friends who graduated and then went straight to a training program which trained them to be a data scientist/ Analyst in 6-9 months and gave them placement assistance also, they are all placed as analysts now in good firms. I am myself looking for a training program like that. If not that, focus on certifications and rely on YouTube also, it won’t give you the certification but it will give you the knowledge you need.
