Hello!! I’m going to study for my tests and I would like to share some tips and all for you and as a reminder for myself, hehe :DD
📝 Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1 liter: Our brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps us to concentrate and focus!!
• Some snacks or fruits: In case if you’re hungry ;) It will also help you to concentrate more. But don’t overeat!!
• Charger: Sometimes we didn’t notice that our device’s battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time.
• Headphones: We’ll be able to be more focus with headphones, because, it blocks background noises. Also, if it’s a late night study session, you won’t wake up anyone.
• A good songs or a playlist: To keep you focus and relax while studying. But sometimes, we played our favorite chill songs when we study which a moment later we’ll end up singing the song hahah, so I would also like to suggest you to listen to ambiences or Lo-Fi mix!! :DD
• Your study or work stuffs: Laptop/tablet/phone, pencil case, paper, books and things that you’ll need.
• Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, or maybe your pet/s so you have a study buddy!! :D
📌 Reminder:
After about an hour, stop doing your works and rest for a bit. Go walk around your work space, look out the window, play with your pet/s, listening to podcast or do whatever you want to pass the time as long as you’re not playing with your phone and other electronics stuff. Maybe rest for 15 - 25 minutes so that your eyes don’t get tired quickly when u looking at your laptop/tablet/phone that you’re using.
That’s all besties!! I hope you have a productive and great day, if not, that’s okay. You can try again tomorrow. Please remember to take a good rest and take care of yourself. Good luck, ily <3
