Hello, I need tips on meditation. Anyone who can help me with the same?
Meditation - to be very honest - is literally you spending time with yourself without disturbace - what happens when u sit alone - all disturbing thoughts come out - you will be uncomfortable - and soon meditation will feel like a burden - but if you deal with evry issue or problem of yours one by one - and sit Evryday with yourself even if it feels horrible- because it probably will - you might solve your issues, gain a better grounded perspective of life - and live better.
Thatβs how meditation works. Itβs not a psychedelic experience like they show on tv. Not so soon.
Expect normal.
