HELLO I NEED HELP
TG *EATING DISORDER *
I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I’m not keeping a healthy eating habit, since I just traveled from a country, I have to stay in quarantine therefore I cannot go out and eat, however I have lots of food/ingredients at home. For about a few days now that I have been unintentionally starving myself, not because I fear weight gain, but because I don’t find food at home appealing to me right now so I’ve been stalling eating, I can’t come up with something I want to eat and other foods at home just seems boring to me even though I am physically hungry but mentally I do not want to eat, I’m trying to chew on some bread but I can’t eat a meal. Is this a type of eating disorder?? How do I fix this? I have ADHD by the way and I’m not on meds coz they make me want food even less.
