hello
i have social anxiety and i’m a really boring person. i have a few friends because when i was little i wasn’t that shy and i made some. but right now i literally can’t make any friends. i’m young and i’m wasting all my life. i’m trying and trying and trying but people never like me and nothing works. also my body is ugly as hellllllllllllll, no one will ever love me. i’m tired. i cry every night. i self-harm. i want to die. i know i’m making a big deal of some bullshits but i can’t stop feeling this way. i don’t want to hurt my family but i can’t live with all these thoughts. i want to feel numb.

Hey, there I know life can be really really hard sometimes. You don’t have to make people like you and just because some people don’t like you doesn’t means that you don’t deserve love or something. Just wait for the right time let life happen. Everyone deserves love just like you. I haven’t seen your body or it’s shape, colour or size but I still know it’s beautiful. Because your body loves you , times when you thought you would fall your legs helped stand straight tall and brave. I know loving yourself can be hard . You think you have no idea where your life is going there are thousands out there who are just like you wondering where their life is going. We are humans, we are clueless sometimes, we overthink, we fall but we rise , we try and we don’t give up. Place your hand on your heart feel that you are here for a reason love, just don’t give up.

Dear! All these things you say, realize these are just thoughts and emotions. Like any other thing in universe, this will also pass by. No feeling is permanent. What you can do is, try to be mindful of what you think and feel, and consciously try and replace that thought with something positive, it might sound impossible rn but it’s not. For ex, if you notice that you think like “nobody would want me” replace it with “everyone loves me.” if you can’t genuinely say so, fake it until you make it. Life is gonna be better for you. Much love. ❤🌻
