So I ate a history of anorexia. I recovered on my own and no one knows about it. Everyone used to comment about how skinny I was and how unhealthy I looked so I changed. Then I fell into binge eating disorder and I have gained 50 pounds in less than a year. I feel so uncomfortable in my new body. My family keeps commenting on my weight and I’m nervous for people to see me now that I have gained so much weight so quickly.
I want to lose weight and feel healthy again and be normal. Do you have any advice or experiences you can share?
Don’t know if this will work for you but early in the morning eat something really heavy so don’t feel like eating anything else.

You can try intermittent fasting and eat in a window of 12-8 or whatever works for you. Drink lots of water. Try warm water with lemon in it in the morning. Hopefully you will get there soon! Do exercise, walk, watch youtube at home videos of exercises and let it happen with your flow!
