Hello how is everyone
I am 41 days away from this super duper important exam
I am trying to focus and study for that but losing focus is the easiest thing it seems, lol.
Can you help me with some tricks/tips to have focus and complete work?
Also, note that my study material is on my laptop so I cannot keep that away and phone is not a problem for me to be honest, I am off social media already
Try to eat some chocolate it helps you to remember easilyβ¦
And read for 20-25 minutes and take rest for about 10 minutes itβll keep your mind from becoming numb ( if you know what I mean )
Other than that cheers!!

I do follow Pomodoro technique of 25-10 but I usually end up watching Netflix :)

Thanks again!
I think you need to uninstall Netflix my friend π

Haha me too
Watch these videos:
1. how I studied for 12 hours a day for over a year by James Scholz - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kICh_d6tHQk
2. why I work so hard by James Scholz - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XA67ur9wm8
You donβt have to study for so long. Few people can keep up with it, and not everyone has to imitate it. Take what resonates with you and throw away the rest.
These videos seem relatable to your situation. Good luck :)

Hey thanks for the reply
Iβve been following James for around 4-5 months now and heβs super inspiring, I agree
I will try to study at least half of what he does
Thanks again! :)
Youβre welcome. Thatβs great to hear. I like that he is setting an example for the world. More power to you.
Will you try one special thing? Visualize the best outcome from your exam. Then surrender the desire or aversion you have for it.
Affirm it by having this attitude: Itβs great if it happens, and itβs okay if it doesnβt. Youβll anyway give your best. I believe in you.
Remember you are responsible for your effort and not the result.
Have a good one :)

This really means a lot and has motivated me for at least short term
I will make sure to reread this when I feel like procrastinating
Thank you!!
Thank you. You made me smile, I am glad I could be of help. There are a few basic principles like these, which when practiced on a daily basis transform our attitude towards life.
Youβll do great in your exams. All the best!
