Hello guys , this is the first time that i upload or i go to these kinds of sites… i don’t know what is my real problem but i feel lonely and sad maybe i have to cry but i can’t like there is something on my chest …i have this feeling that im afraid of going to bed i can’t sleep at all just thinking that i will not sleep how im gonna go to the school tomorrow without sleeping … the sun just rise and i can’t sleep …

I don’t know those feelings exactly but I do know that sadness. It hard and difficult to be honest but I try to distract myself. For the not able to sleep maybe listening to some classical or nature music will help you sleep. Think of your bed as a safe place where all your problems go away.
