Hello everyone so i am starting a diet plan from tomorrow cuz everyone says i am fat:(

Dont just start a diet just because everyone tells that you’re fat.
Before starting a diet calculate your bmi,if you’re overweight consult a dietician and start dieting,well yeah there are many online diets available,but dont do crash diets, and all.It will help you trust me.
Choose a workout that suits your body and do it ,it will make you mentally and physically healthy.
Remember slow and steady wins the race.
