Unfortunately it’s his choice if he follows females on social media. You can bring it to his attention but if he makes a choice that you’re unhappy with, you cannot be angry as he is his own person. You are at full choice to leave if you don’t like what he does but unfortunately this may not be fun. But if this is a big problem and he isn’t helping you on it to the standards you’re looking for, then it doesn’t sound like it’s meant to be
