He likes me, he treats me like his girlfriend. But he doesn’t shares his thoughts, his daily life routine with me. On top of that, he expects me to ask him about his day, his life, his work. (Even if he doesn’t wants to share, he wants me to ask) He would give me cold replies on chats but is totally happy and romantic person on calls and offline dates.
What do I do? Should I stop talking to him? How do I handle it?

So it happens like when you think other person would never do such a particular thing and they do exactly the same thing, it breaks you part. He came into my life when I was least thinking that I needed love to complete my life. He came in my life and loved that feeling of having that one special person in the life. I am a true believer of love. We came close, shared special moments , I used to wake up thinking of seeing him, we work together, we used to walk back home together (my fav part of the day) until he decided he does not wan to talk to me. From that day till date I have been facing sleepless nights, I am an introvert person I usually don't like to be around people that much, but now I spend most of the time with people who aren't my close friends, just to avoid any time I can get with myself. I never believed in online dating, but went on dates with random people. I cry randomly, usually I go to bed crying. This is not me I was a very optimistic person, but he has changed me I am doing things which I never believed in. And I don't know how to get myself back. I loved him so much, I am stuck with the memories I had with him. I thought a closure might help me that why he did what he did, but now I think what good can closure do, he will not say or do anything what would give me some relief.  If he wanted me in his life he could not have let this happen. And the worst part is I have to see him everyday and he pretends as if there was nothing between us ever. That kills me.

I am here on this platform to confess something and also asking for you all to give advice....pardon any gramatical mistake as english is not my mother tongue.
So it all started 3years back, I was 16 and was in a very complicated relationship it didn't ended on good notes and all the support and care system was this friend of mine X. So gradually i got some feelings for him and he already had so we end up together eventually. That relationship worked for like a year but i always had this feeling that he is not the one or I don't love him it was all gotten along in rage. He truly loved me, I even felt his true feelings right in my heart but always ignored coz maybe that time my love was kinda jst lavished by external beauty and i was not able to recognize who the right one is. We ended but he didn't left me like that he had been good frd of mine who always took good care of me...but everyone asked me to let him move on and not to bound him alongside with me i tried ...i certainly pushed him away kind off bt for him even in today's date I'm someone very special to him...he have another best friend though now but i always thought that will be me forever and then few days back that girl blocked me from his ID though he unblocked me but I just realised something ..my true feelings for him I realised how well he used to get along with such a messy person like me as well as took good care of my temper....I feel like i love or like him now...but he had said to peoples that he had moved on...no one can beleive that though...I just don't know what to do anymore I feel like trash so dumb that love of my life was just in front of me but I failed to recognize and now I donno what to ...should I talk it through to him and ask if something can happen or should I just let things be in regret and beleive his words that he moved on...coz somehow I feel like maybe he is the best for me but I'm not for him and he can get lot more better loving caring girl and all the love that he deserves.

So,  i am having fluctuating moods and i dont know why. I was happy in the morning and then all of a sudden, i dont want to talk to anyone, just stay confined within myself. I then saw a girl-beautiful to eyes and i got in the cycle of self doubt like i am ugly n shit. Day carried on , during lunch i was laughing, chatting with people. Then i saw that a girl(previously was romantically interested in him) replied to his whatsapp status. Nothing more than that. They both reply to status'. But that some how triggered me and i am now mad at my boyfriend. He kept saying thay he did not initiate any text which is true but i am still mad about it. Help me sort my feelings guys

Hello everyone, I'm writing this because I'm frustated about a person who was with me for 3 years... He treated me like nothing , i can't even question him for doing things that i don't like.. But i was lost in his rule book.. Not allowed to talk with anyone not allowed to go anywhere alone more and more.. But he says that he does everything is becos of love and he cant control himself when he is in anger sometimes he will hit me badly, also remainds me that he loves me so much and can't live without me,, i feel numb i can feel the pain but I'm tried of expressing it,, i really don't know the meaning of this relationship.. Eventhough im getting hurt i have some soft corner for him and my mind is still searching him and i feel hard to move out of this but now we are not in contact  i hate myself for this:(

Exhausted

I just wanted to get some point of view.
Especially those who have been in the same boat. My partner has been there done that with love once before and when we met he had kinda gave up on all that. Me on the other hand never wanted or looked for it because of the choice I've seen my parents make so I never loved anyone and gave my all to anyone until I met him. We started as friends and it kinda just kicked off it was great but I feel as if when we get in hard times he just treats me like the other "bitches" he's been with so I'm basically like all of them at the time of our troubles and it's almost like he doesn't really care how or what is happening don't get me wrong he does care but where I haven't been before when it comes to relationships I want him to understand where I come from when I'm upset. Also I've had a trashy upbringing & that comes with issues you develop and I try not to let this affect me but as we know that's easier said than done so at the start of the relationship we both expressed these issues we had and we simply made an understanding of each other. But now 3yrs in I feel as if that all went in one ear & out the other. And I hurt when he does things that I've explained to him that hurt me but it's now at the point where we are both strangers in that way, I've become a complete different person & so has he. Idk what to do. I feel so fucking alone but asking as he makes me smile I forget that Shit. I love him I do but I don't want to get hurt or have to explain why in hurting anymore. I feel as if I have no life left in me or any feeling at all, I'd rather just drink it all away or  something until I drop but I have 2 little ones so I ain't gone do that to them but fuck me it hard

I am missing my boyfriend terribly. We are in a long-distance relationship. We are very serious about each other and are constantly in touch with each other via texting or video calling but some days I just wish I could feel his warm hug. The original plan was that he would join me in 3-4 months but for some reasons, beyond our control, he is unable to do so. Given the current circumstances, we don't how long it will be before we see each other. We were so excited to start this new chapter in our lives that we had started hunting for apartments and looking for furniture to settle in this new place but now suddenly our plans and dreams have come to a standstill. We don't know what to do anymore. We have done every possible thing to make it possible for him to join me but things are not in our control now. 
We are head over heels in love with each other. This distance is creating severe mental stress for both of us which is affecting our work life and social life. And while we both acknowledge our feelings, I cannot open up much to him because I have to be his strength right now. I can fathom the stress he is going through and hence I don't want to burden him with my sadness too. I have to stay positive and keep motivating him but on the inside, his absence is just ripping my heart. I start crying anytime, anywhere because I miss him. I try to distract myself but I fail miserably. I have started distancing myself from people because I don't feel like talking to anyone. I always keep thinking about what it would be like if he were here. I don' feel like having fun without him. Today I was sent home from work because I looked too sick and stressed to work. People have begun to check on me (which is really a very polite gesture but shows how much I am affected by all this) because they think that I am stressed and I may lose my sanity. I stay away from my family and my family doesn't know that I am dating so I can't share this with them. 
I don't know how to cope up with these feelings. I miss my boyfriend terribly. I feel totally helpless for him because I can neither improve his situation nor pacify him (because I don't want to give him false hopes). We both love each other and we both are confident that we will make it through this but this journey is taking a toll on our mental health now. Can someone advise on how to cope up with these feelings?

Some Back Story
So , I met a guy in grade 10 in an online class(that class had people from around the world) , he was living in Abu Dhabi , and I was in another country in SEA . He then reached out to me , saying "Hi". We then talked for a week and had conversations on the respective countries we live in , like really general topics. Then I had left the class , and the last text we interchanged was just saying that we got a CGPA 10 in that grade. 
During that conversation , he kept me engaged , really my type.
Fast forward to completion of Grade 12 , remember 0 interaction in that span of 3 years. I finally get instagram , I weirdly remember him , and then add him. After judging him from his profile , etc , he seemed like my type and I can say , I was really into him . After following him , the only interaction we had was liking each others posts and seeing each others story.
Now , Fastforward to 2021 , we both are in first year of Uni (he is in canada , me in uk). And recently , he wished me a Happy Birthday , with MY NAME (REMEMBER , SUDDENLY , After no interaction for 3 years , I was actually shocked seeing the dm ) , He sees all my stories (after understanding the instagram story view chronology , he is always on the top) . 
Basically , I like him alot , I feel like he likes me back , I dont know how to go about this.
I am really focussed on making my career , at the same time I want to let him know that I have feelings for him. What if I miss that opportunity , and goes with someone else , I will regret.
At the same time , I am scared to let him know about it.
