I’m the oldest daughter of 3, my mum died almost 2 years ago she was an alcoholic with mental health issues I have no contact with my dad so me and my sister live with my grandad. I have BPD and anxiety. Im tired I feel worthless and I feel like I have no one left. I have my grandfather but he’s old and I don’t want to worry him with my problems

My English teacher does this thing where she makes her students read for 30 minutes and we each had a duplicate of the same book. I remember the class was so quiet and everyone was reading, we each were on the same chapter (the last chapter) and I remember it being so sad that I started silently tearing up. I was so embarrassed so I was looking down on the book so that no one could see my tears falling down but I was SNIFFLING. The room was so quiet, I was so embarrassed. My friends were sitting next to me but I’m not sure if they realized I was trying to not cry. I remember reading and at the same time thinking ‘I hope nobody realizes that I’m crying’. I was even peeking at my teacher to she if she notices that I was crying LOL. Like we all were reading the same chapter, why is no one else crying? Can y’all relate or am I just weird for always looking to see if anyone saw yourself cry over something dumb?
