Have you ever felt that you hate your own body and people’s judgement really scares your shit out. This is really happening with me getting married next month unable to handle mental stress every night just thinking how to losse weight unable to help or love myself going through lot of emotions .

Because pcods have really troubled me alot plus seeing dad every day stressing on how would I look in a South indian crapped saree what people would say his friends n our relatives n people on marriage all dese things scares me out

Family members get scared because of society easily… But it depends on you …how you take these comments… It won’t define you at all. It’s your special day soon , you need to worried and scared about the right amount of make up, the perfect wedding pictures and how your groom will be looking… I won’t say it’s easy but try to think about other things… Try and distract yourself towards happiness and peace. ! 🤍🌸🤍

no matter what you are feeling right now, the first thing is that you need to love yourself. and I know it can be stressful because I deal with weight issues too. one thing is that you are worrying about something that could be changed. if you try you can change it. all that is in your own hands. but loving yourself is very impotant dear don’t hate your bod
