Have u procrastinated and delayed your goals for so long that the day u decide to finally complete them u feel like its a freaking lot and get demotivated and go back to being lazy and unproductive again?😣
I’ve been on an unproductive loop for like 2weeks now. Life is hell. I curse myself everyday and go back to the same hell hole with shame and regrets. Somebody help me come out of it please 😭

Write down ur goals and maybe weigh down the consequences of not completing them maybe? (Look at who’s giving advice though, instead of completing their tasksπŸ˜‚)

This is the most cliche advice but it works wonder.

Break down your goals in small bites.
Eg- if its studying, do only for an hour initially, and slowly slowly improve it.

Yes its very cliche and i have ben following it. Not like i dont study i do like for 2-3 hrs but the attention span has reduced and I’m unable to focus like before. My goal is like 5-6 hrs everyday. So any way i can achieve that?

1. Usually we have alot of subjects to study, so some require alot of effort, so try doing 3 hrs of those and remaining hours you can do something that requires less efforts.eg. maths for me- i can listen to music and do, so I used do that at night when energy is low.

2.If you can study for 3 hrs straight, do that and then do 45mins to 1.5 hour sessions

3.Put up your target study schedule and goals somewhere you and your family can see it… im surr after seeing that you might get motivated

4. Ofc there is pomodoro technique but i find it too distracting. You can do 1.5 hrs work 30 mins break … and 4 such sessions
