Has anyone here tried to quit a bad habit or is in the process?
is it going according to plan or have you broken your streak? how are you trying to control the same?
I try to take habits on my ego. Like i control when i smoke not the urge… I cant let a cigarrete control my life. I can smoke a pack in a day and then i wont even touch it for 6 months. It makes me feel proud so nowdays i don’t test myself often.
