I feel like ranting here about some of my feelings, im an 18 year old lesbian tired of homophobia . Im tired of having to explain myself and educate people on why i didnt choose to be a leabian, im tired of it all, my whole life ive lived with people telling me how being gay is bad and a "sin", when i found out i was gay i cryed because i didnt want to be gay, actually, i didnt want to be bullied and disowned for being gay. why is it that us gay people have to go through this just because of our sexuality? We get beaten and killed just for being who we are, friends who we thought we could trust betray or leave us. im so tired so having to deal with homophobic bullshit, i just want to be able to love without being called a sin or get hate crimed. I want to live in a world where gay people aren’t being sexualized or used as the "gay best friend". Am i asking for to much when i say i just want to be accepted and treated equally . You see all these successful gay people online and forget about the fact that most of the world hates gay people. We aren’t your gay bestie, we are human and want to be treated as one.
