It’s OK. It is an exam, you wrote it, it went bad but it’s over. So don’t need to think about it anymore.
I also used to forget what I have studied before the exam but now no more. I overcame it. Some tips that I follow-

I try not to study new things the day before only recollecting and revising what I had studied.
I refer to the previous year’s question on that evening and focus on that.
The day before the exam I set a time to sleep usually 11 pm after that I never study or revise anything and hear some music, not to remember about the exam, and have a good sleep.
During the exam day, I wake up at 5.30 am and try to recall and of course some will not come to mind and only refer to the portion that I forgot but never try to study a new portion. Only revision.
Have a good breakfast.
I listen to music or try to recall important points or equations (so that I can avoid what others are discussing/ studying)
After I get the question paper, I will read it once and try to mark the questions which I know the answers better and start writing that question always gives a good feeling to me which gives relaxation and help me think calmly and write remaining.
After exam never discuss with others, If needed try to say in one word (just good or not good).
After that never check questions with notes because it will affect the next exam.

This worked for me, I hope this will also help you. Just believe in yourself.
Don’t stress, Do your best and forget the rest.
What I believe is β€œWinning is not easy. Stress, tension and anxiety are not going
to get you anywhere if you let them overpower you. Facing them with full confidence and finding ways to move on, success will be yours.”
