Guys, I need advice related to my academic anyone free?

Ya,The thing is I am preparing for Neet exam and My 12th admission has started of clg(stateboard) and my clg is strict for attendance as I heard but in 11th it wasn't maybe due to covid.. also I didn't focused much on classes and clg.. I mean I have to chose tution so I asked my one of tution teacher. He told change the clg go to dumb If you chose to be free and do Proper class.. If I stay in same clg then they gonna torture you for attendance things..how many times you should give medical certificate,etc... I'm really confuse and sad to go from very reputated clg to dumb clg.. but My Aim is to clear Neet.. and good marks in Boards...but just 7 months are there for boards.. And also only I have 3 days to decide..
