I have anger issues i dont know but i am always angry and upset with the ones i love or the people who love me . I always end up fighting with them badly and then spend my whole night crying i dont know what to do

My mom has soooo much unresolved trauma, need for validation, low self esteem with no awareness or will to improve and only complacency and denial. Everyday, she is shouting or reacting out of it.

My own blood immediate family is sooo toxic, triggering and unchanging. After much abuse, requests all in vain. 

• Every moment, time or big change i make in my life.. even twice since today morning, when I get positive, peaceful, creative and conducive to sit and do creative work or fill/refill myself with hope, love, aspirations , peace, spiritual guidance n health - MY MOM OR SOMEOBE SHOUTS, NAGS AND CREATES A RUCKUS. WHICH PULLS ME DOWN INTO A LOOP OF TRIGGERS AND HOPELESSNESS 😭😭

This happens everyday ..and I am sick to the brim

"So much overthinking; I don't know what's going on. She believes I cheated on her, and we ended after a long period of silence. I thought she was gone, but she was always watching me. Now I'm not sure what to do. Why is she still here? Is there a chance for me, or will she just turn cold eyes towards me? It's been months, and no matter how much I try, she refuses to listen, even though she can see my efforts. It's very complicated, and if I move on, then... But she's still here, and it will hurt if I move on. She waited, but on the other hand, I'm not sure if she will be back. Her memories will haunt me; the attention she gave me was incredible. Even if we talk, I'm scared of her overthinking. What if she leave again? Should I just move on and accept my destiny, or should I keep trying? And I'm a red flag; dealing with me requires a lot of energy. I was fine, but I noticed her regular presence, and that's why I'm overthinking. It will hurt watching her with someone else but that's the only way help me to move on
