Folks , just suggest me , currently iam working in a project for 8 months in a stream , which i was not satisfied from the start , but i managed for 2 releases , now iam trying to switch to other stream inside the project itself , but iam not getting opportunities , i became billable too , Initially i told my team that i am not interested to work further , so i told ill move to any stream after feb 28 , but i did not get chance yet , so my manager hired my replacement already ,now iam a cat on the wall , there are basically 2 ways , 1) to get into the stream inside my project within 28 - feb (chances are so rare) 2) going to Bench … what can i do ?
