Just remember that thinking about the past won’t make any change. But yes if u can’t get over it, use it as a motivation and work more hard on what you are going to do. But take breaks in between, believe in yourself. Everything will be alright.

It will. But with time everything will sort out. Just hold on there. Try your best. Spend time with your family. When alone try listening music or relax sounds. If you’ve someone who understands you or you can share things with them… do it.

I’m really glad that you’re venting out here. It takes a lot to vent out. Have faith in yourself. Be patient and kind to yourself. Feel free. When anxiety hits you, let it be. But after that get yourself up. Take some deep breaths or try box breathing (google it).
