Feeling depressed…last night fought with my bf…v r in distance relationship and it’s his bday today…he is depressed about life and he abuses me and blames me for that and I have no idea…I keep calming it and I don’t know how to fix things or just walk out…I love him over anything in life…feeling lonely sad and depressed…he is an introvert even if I leave he will had more sad days I feel…I dnt know what to do
This moment with pass. But staying in sn unhealthy situation wouldn’t. Stay a break from him and focus on yourself.

I think we are in the same situation… my advice for you’ll be that maybe you should communicate with him more… he is an introvert so understand him… maybe he thinks things diff.
If he really loves you and you love him then just focus on this relationship. And yes do tell him that taking out anger on you isn’t a good idea

He might be having self-doubts and he may not be able to perform well in life, he just needed an excuse to explode and that excuse is you
Don’t stress about this, and walking out is not the ideal solution

Make him more conversational person and also understand that this moment is confusing phase, if he has doubts about what to do in life, ask him decide what he wants to do and your there for him to support in every possible. Tell him that your gonna be his support and care not some person he can abuse and blames for things that confuse him.

Thankyou…yes he wants to do big in life…he is acedemically very sound from top colleges and very bright plus working in one of the top firms but idk may be new place anxieties
