feeling demotivated to go to the gym today, i need to loose 30 kgs more, lost 6 kgs in 1 and half month

You dont have to feel demotivated just dont eat junk like burger and pizza fir a month and after dinner do for a walk 10 min in morning do yoga and walk atleast 20 min daily i am sure that then noone can stop you
Weight losing is not easy and fast as gaining up weight earlier bro! Give yr body some time and losing 6 kgs is not a bad one.and don’t totally depend on gym also. Use it as yr negative motivation rather than de-motivation
You can do it… just keep going losing weight is not easy at all… but you have started your journey and you are doing really well… keep in mind abt your goul and just work towards it !
