Feeling anxious don’t know why… Nothing feels like in place. My relationship is at the verge of break up. I get this uneasiness …my breaths are not normal. I’m trying to relax but couldn’t. Feeling nauseous too. Something inside my head is not right. I breathe fast and end up in crying. Suggest something to get over this.

I think you should go to a therapist .he/she canhelp you and can give you betterter advice ❤️

I don’t know why may be I’m overthinking things. My first relationship was a failure and it was a torture and my second relationship is slightly turning out be the same as my first. I afraid I chose a wrong person again. But I’m not sure he is a nice guy only but nowadays he is just too harsh with me and he just yells at me in foul language. He says if i don’t need him I can go away and then he comes again compromises me…he asks whether I ate or not and stuffs like that and someother day he talks rude to me he blames me and makes me feel bad and he never bothered how I’m. I don’t know may be this is because of this long distance. Before the pandemic we were together in clg those days were good. But now it’s very mentally exhausting. When he treats me bad it is like a nightmare from my first relationship.

I can understand I was going through the same thing .see if he is not treating you nicely just tell him that dont do these and even after that if he dose the same things again an again just leave him…I know in starting it will be hard for you but you will be more happy …and before meeting your soulmate you will meet many people who will break your heart but don’t get sad cause you will get to learn alot from those relationship …so just stay clam and believe in yourself…you don’t need anyone to make you happy and you will find your perfect one very soon and he will love you and respect you…

Just do things which distract you from these thoughts, like either spend time with family or just talk to close friends but not about these. talk to someone who cares for you
