Feeling a little low today… specially since afternoon. Feeling like m not doing enough or being enough or notworking hard enough to achieve my goals, not even feeling motivated to do enough to not think like this…
Just feeling a bit low. I know very well that this feeling is temporay… but now a days it happens quite frequently, few days in a row… like last 2 weeks i was totally okay, was cheerful, motivated, i worked-out everyday.
But this week i dont feel so good… not sure why, there’s no certain reason.

Maybe talk to a therapist or doctor if you’re constantly feeling down. As for not doing enough, what even counts as enough? Do what feels right, and feels good, also what you need to do but don’t like doing (me, staring at my toothbrush and finally deciding to brush my teeth 🤣). It’s OK to feel low and it’s OK to do nothing and take a break. You gotta do what’s best for you! Hope this helps 😀
