Everything was normal from past few days but Idk why today Iβm feeling very demotivated, very low of energy, I feel like cryingππππ.
What should I do to overcome this situation?
You are overthinking about everything, you are thinking everyone is better than you feeling that no body likes you⦠This kind of thinking can make you feel low.
How can I stop thinking this all!
1. Busy your brain which can stimulate you.
Job, calling your old friend, watch some South movie ( kafi ultimate hoti h seriously)
2. Meet your local Phys for cbt Or they will give you ocd or anxiety meds for short term. ( seriously if you not go it can be create long term disorder)
3. Find root cause ( your past)
