Everyone wants me to move on and I want to move on but why is it so hard to stop thinking about my ex and how he left? We were together for 3 years but engaged for 1.5 years. I never felt like he was truly attached to me like I was him. He had a wandering eye and would openly tell me about women he thought were attractive to him. He blamed the whole separation on me. He teased me about my weight over the years which made me not want to go out in public with him. Why am i still hung up on this and thinking about him taking the engagement ring back?
I understand the pain, not completely, to an extent I do. Let these emotions and feelings be there for a while and let it go. This way you will be able to declutter your mind and heart and there would be more space for the self care and love you need. Healing is tough, but trust me once you do, life becomes easy and content. You are not alone in this my friend! I am with you, your loved ones are with you , the universe is with you! Take carešø

Ohh godā¦i am so sorryā¦ for whatever you are going throughā¦separation is toughā¦trust me even a breakup shatters me. So I canāt imagine how tough it would be to leave your fiancĆ©. But listen itās only you who has to get over it. All that crap he put you through must be really hardā¦but you Donāt deserve this. Listen I wonāt say it will not be toughā¦infact it will be. But at last you remember what all things you have and what all things you wanna achieve in your life. You will get over it. Eventuallyā¦it might take time but you will be out of it.
