Everyone says wake early daily and do workout. But I work in a company which have rotating shifts.
My sleep pattern disturb every week. I feel tired due to lack of proper sleep, which results in no motivation for workout.
Need your help.

I can relate I work 12-16 hour shifts almost daily. I only have 6 days off a month. I find myself taking my food from dinner for lunch the back home again for dinner the following day. My wife has found a reason to hate me lately. My kids look at me like a stranger. Itβs really hard.
