Even though i never got cheated my ex boyfriend directly told me that he loves someone else and he can’t be with me anymore why i always feel like cheated and not able to trust on anyone else & now m phobic to terms like " love" and “relationship”. According to me love doesn’t exist people are there with you just for some time and will leave you after they’ll find someone other. How can i overcome all these feelings?

Distance urself from him. Don’t be negative about love. It exists just people made it bad. Take it as experience and build urself emotionally strong to cope up with this in such way that it won’t affect u again in future
