Doing gym sure helps your body to keep it fit and healthier, but it may not do too much for mental health. Try to think of what’s bothering you too much causing you too much depression and try to find a solution to solve it, but don’t stress yourself too much on it. You can go talk to others about your problems and try to tell them you weren’t feeling well ÓvÒ
