Don’t know why I am not willing to open my books … My friends are doing good they’re completing complete syllabus except me … only 4 days left for my exams😭😭 already

I can understand.
It feels like you want to do good but you are not able to study and the time keeps passing.

Steps you can follow-
- think about the situation
- if possible start writing about your situation
- firstly write 1-2 pages about how you are feeling. That will balance your overwhelming mind
- than see that our actions are driven by underlying emotions
- whatever you have written in the initial pages, take out the underlying emotions
- write down every emotions in points
