Does it ever feels like you are falling into an oblivion and all you feel was darkness around you…more than morning’s,nights will be more peaceful because you can feel that darkness is your best friend which was holding you so tight and letting your emotions out…I don’t know what state I’m in but I just know that I’m not in a perfect state…I’m laughing, smiling everyday, doing things like nothing happened but the question is was it actually me?I just wanna be in my room alone in the dark and don’t want to talk with anyone else…just me and only me is I need now as I’m loosing myself…

Spending some time with yourself
… trying to figure yourself out
… doing something you like to do alone… May help with some self awareness as to you feel this way…i think that’s the first step to any change…
