Does anyone know how to force yourself to eat?
I’m anorexic if you couldn’t guess, but not because I want to be… Currently, I eat less than 700cals a day. I would like to eat more, but every time I think about how much food I’m consuming I start to feel sick and gag. It doesn’t matter what type of food either or how much i want/need to gain weight i constantly have this nagging voice telling me I’ll get fat, and that I don’t deserve to eat.
Have you consulted any doctor or spoke to your parents about it? Seek advise from them
