I'm going thru a break up. We were in a relationship for 5 years. I'm amazed how people can fall out of love every now and then. 
Is it wrong to be crazy about someone and don't get the same feelings reciprocated? Is it wrong to love someone to that extent?
I sometimes feel so alone and empty without her that I do stupid things to get her attention.

Should I abandon any chance of getting back together?

How to develop a belief that things would work for you?
Maybe things haven't been working for me for quite some time now and I guess this is the reason behind my skepticism. I dont know, wherever there is some sort of luck or number game involved in a situation,I automatically assume I am not gonna make it.
I have never always been this way, but with time I have become so. This trust issue I am having with my luck or Universe or God, whatever it is, is giving me a very hard time taking decisions in life and converting it into an anxious person. Whenever I am in some sort of a bad situation, or whenever some problem arise, I lose it. I have become incapable of even thinking about a situation where something would work for me or I would be favoured in any manner. I am completely lacking faith. 

If any one of you have an understanding about it or can advise something, please do. I am open to spiritual or religious inputs. I just wanna start believing again.

Finding peace in the midst of life's hustle isn't always easy, but it's oh-so-important. So, here's a little calming exercise to help you find your zen:

Find a cozy spot to sit, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose. Feel the air filling your lungs, and as you exhale, release any tension or stress.

Now, tune into your surroundings. What sounds do you hear? Let them ground you in the present moment, easing your nerves.

Focus on your breath. Feel the rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale, guiding you into relaxation.

Scan your body for any tension, and with each breath, consciously release it. Picture yourself becoming lighter and more at ease.

Continue this practice for a few minutes, allowing yourself to sink deeper into peace and tranquility.

When you're ready, open your eyes and embrace the calmness that surrounds you. Remember, taking care of your mental well-being is the key to navigating life's twists and turns with grace.

Hustle

I'm 17 and I'm kinda fat. And right now in the age of technology seeing all these perfect looking guys and girls bums me out. I kno that how I look isn't everything but it is a big part of who I am. Sometimes I just feel worthless. I'm not super fat or anything. Just not as thin as most of my friends. And when my skinny friends go ahead and say stuff like "omg I'm so fat" it just makes me feel worse. Bcs if they see themselves as fat then what am I?
