Does anyone here have alot of depression that causes you to be nervous and shake alot hands legs and stomach upset alot sleeping is a nightmare my legs twitch alot more now.

When I talk alot I start to do jaw chattering it's a.form of stuttering from when i was a child my nerves are real bad now.

Same, I also can’t listen people for longer than 10 min. After that i just get lost. I also feel like a burden to anyone and anything. Nothing matters but everything matters. Pills won’t help

Hi...
I feel lost and drained all the time.
It feels really alone and i feel that i haven't made any friends in 25 years of my life.
I feel like there's something wrong with me.
I keep trying but they all eventually drift away.
I suffer mentally alot.
And there's no one out there who understands what I go through. Not even family.
I was friends with a boy for almost 8 years.
It was easy even for him to drift away and cut contacts from me.
Most of the times I feel I am the problem but i don't want to focus on that because I am already suffering a lot mentally.

Once, 5-6 years ago i even tried commiting suicide for a very menial reason which triggered everything.
Is it just me?!!

So, continuing on the story of my exes. A lil insight for the same- so, exsady is the one who convinced me into the hookup, i mean I didn’t wanna do it, but he kinda talked me into it. Also, he constantly claims that he loves me. So i give in sometimes, also, the emo availability that i get from him helps me w my mental state rn. But maybe i like, i mean i do like him a lil. So, this is the story of why i hooked up w my double ex lol. 
Nonetheless, i miss my extacy, but not like i wanna get back together miss, just miss the memories wala miss. 
But the good thing is, i am going much better than what my last post, so grateful for that.

What if I do die today?
Will she gone leaver her work then?
Will she then make this as her priority?
Will she consider my feelings as important as her own?
Will she understand how much pain, anger and disturbance I am going through just because she was having work and was in a bad mood?

It's difficult to forgive someone again and again for the same shitty behaviour. But it's hard to let go which you have put together in 10 years.
