Does anyone else feel weak sometimes enough to not even go by the day to day work ? Or is it just me ?
Over the time I also realise i hate to look myself in mirror . I opted for comfort food when I felt low and in the mean time have gained 30 kgs and now I dont even look at myself .

Have finally put some positive thoughts to every situation I breath in and out think and then act nowadays. 2012 was first when me n family realised I am suffering clinical depression and the path has been much better since then .

I keep checking on things several times suffer insomnia fall breathless in anxiety and xone out too. But I see atlseast 10% of me now tries to integrate positive thinking first to any situation even if not successfully but still i try and I think that baby step will count at the end

Also I have been losing friends they backstab nad incinerate everything on me . I hate it I just don’t want to care but overthinking … I just can’t help it
