They too workout until you are good at conversation I myself have been in a 5 year old long distance relationship with a person. We meet once in 3-4 months and after covid it was 6-7 . I know there is not much physical closure but u know that there is someone who cares for you. Physical touch are just needs but bond is something worth Cherishing soo remember having converstion, talk , share and there you go.
