Hey, my fiance is recently in the state of depression. I am trying my best to help him, We are doing long distance relationship. I'm actually giving him space and everything i could do. But nothing cheers him up, even the therapy. He is saying that he is at his lowest of all. Please help me what to do or how to help him get over this terrible state of mind.

Hey how are you all!?

It's my 18th birthday today and it hurts a little to know that my bestfriend did the minimum for me. We've known each other since 10 years and I always go all out for her. She has hurt me so much in the past and honestly, I dont even know why I was expecting anything from her. But for some reason my heart broke when I didnt get a text from her at 12 and she just wrote a minimum "hbd". I swear I havent done anything wrong. But anyway, now my heart's so heavy but I have to pretend to be happy all day which is going to be so exhausting. Honestly dont even feel like waking up tomorrow because I know I'll be disappointed once again. I dont know how I'm going to get through this I want to cry so bad. My sister also is acting strange, she screamed at me on my birthday, that too in front of everyone. God how I wish I could forward this day. Thanks for reading :)
